My Story: Why I Started
With years of experience in HOA management, I’ve seen firsthand the toll that board leadership can take on well-meaning individuals. I founded Beyond The Bylaws because I recognized a critical gap: while board members have plenty of legal and financial resources, they often lack the emotional and mental support needed to navigate the human element of leadership.
My journey started in the trenches of daily management, where I watched talented leaders burn out due to constant criticism and the weight of difficult community decisions. I realized that my true mission was to empower these leaders with the mindset, confidence, and practical tools to lead their communities without letting the conflict consume their peace of mind.
